Our Process

Core Disassembly (GB)

Transmissions core from the customer is identified and dedicated to a new Serial Number: it will identify the new remanufactured transmission. The transmission is disassembled and all non-reusable parts like e.g. the gaskets are scrapped.

Parts Cleaning

The dismantled parts now go through cleaning processes like caustic bath cleaning for paint removal and high pressure cleaning for removal of oil and dirt.

Parts Inspection

Parts are controlled for visual defects, dimensional conformity and correct part numbers for specific built.

Parts Machining

Parts are machined for the specific dimensions and remanfucatured when possible. They are also metal sprayed if possible.

Tranmission Testing

Transmission is tested under load and without load for noises and leaks.

Trasmission Painting and Packaging

Transmissions are painted and conditioned for transport ensuring the correct identification and protection.
