Our Process
Core Disassembly
Engine core from the customer is identified and dedicated to a new Serial Number: it will identify the new remanufactured engine. The engine is disassembled and all non-reusable parts like e.g. the gaskets are scrapped.
PhotosParts Cleaning
The dismantled parts now go through cleaning processes like caustic bath cleaning for paint removal and high pressure cleaning for removal of oil and dirt.
PhotosParts Inspection
Parts are controlled for visual defects, dimensional conformity and correct part numbers for specific built.
PhotosParts Machining
Parts are machined for the specific dimensions and remanfucatured when possible. They are also metal sprayed if possible.
PhotosAssembly
An engine is assembled from the previously prepared kits. The kit is made up from new parts and parts salvaged in parts machining and inspection processes.
PhotosEngine Testing
To test the engine, the product is run on hot test. For long blocks and short blocks the products are checked for leaks and, if it is not possible, they are visually inspected.
PhotosPainting, Packing and Storing
Engines are painted and conditioned for transport ensuring the correct identification and protection.
